Return & Exchange Policy

At Pulsez, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition and packaging. Returned items will be refunded within 5–7 business days after receipt. Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products reported within 14 days of delivery, and we will ship replacements at no additional cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
